Registering online is simple and will only take a few minutes.Please follow the instructions included on the electronic registration form before submitting your registration and do not send it again by fax or post. Receipt of registration will be acknowledged electronically.

Reduced fees apply when the payment is received before specific deadlines:

** To register as a student you should send your updated student card after doing the registration and before paying, institute letters are not accepted.
*** The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the opening reception, the social evening and the exhibition area.
The registration fee to the conference includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, the programme and abstract books, coffee and lunches, the invitation to the opening reception and the social evening.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee, minus handling charges of 15%, may be obtained up to 3 months before the meeting. Between 3 months and 1
month before the meeting, the refund will amount to 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked after 7 April 2011.
