Accommodation has been arranged for the period of the Congress (from May 7th to 13th May 2012). For earlier arrivals, later departures or groups with more than 3 persons please contact us: estro2012@ultramarevents.com

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. In case of extension of nights, the effective rate at the moment of the request will be applied.
From April 9th on, all reservations will be ON REQUEST.
Full payment has to be transferred  no later than April, 9th 2012. Please note all reservations will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive the payment by the mentioned dates.
- Until April 9th 2011, no cancellation fees will be applied.
- From April 10th to April 20th, one night will be charged as cancellation penalty.
- No refund will be provided for partial or total cancellations after April20th onwards, neither for no-shows
- In case of no-shows, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will  be
  non-refundable.
All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email. Please do not contact the hotel directly.  No other means of cancellation will be considered.
