The registration fee to the conference includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, the programme and abstract books, coffee, lunch, and welcome reception.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee, minus handling charges of 15%, may be obtained up to 3 months before the meeting. Between 3 months and 1 month before the meeting, the refund will amount to 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked after January 10, 2013.
