ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please note that online registration will close at 23.59 CET on 2 May 2012. After this date you may only register for the meeting at any of the onsite registration stations at the conference venue
Registering online is simple and will only take a few minutes.Please follow the instructions included on the electronic registration form before submitting your registration and do not send it again by fax or post. Receipt of registration will be acknowledged electronically.

The registration fee to the conference includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, the programme and abstract books, coffee and lunches, the invitation to the opening reception and the social evening.

Registration to ESTRO 31 does not give access to the Conference pre-meeting courses and the Contouring workshops.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee, minus handling charges of 15%, may be obtained up to 3 months before the meeting. Between 3 months and 1
month before the meeting, the refund will amount to 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked after 10 April 2012.
