The MIRO Housing Bureau on-line hotel reservations are now closed.
We invite you to contact the MIRO Housing Bureau by fax or email for any additional reservation requests which will be handled on a case by case basis.
 
We kindly remind you that all changes and/or cancellations of your hotel reservation have to be submitted to the MIRO Housing Bureau in writing via fax or email.
Depending on the date of cancellation notice received, the following cancellation policy will apply:
• Cancellations received up to 7 working days prior the actual arrival date: at no charge.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 2 working days prior the actual day of arrival: a one night penalty charge will apply and will be charged on your credit card.
• Cancellations received between 2 working days prior the actual day of arrival and the arrival day itself: the total cost of the cancelled nights will be charged on your credit card.
• In case of a no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay reserved to your credit card.
