The currency in Belgium is the EURO.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the meeting is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

POSTERS
The poster area will be in the conference centre and therefore, posters may be viewed at any time during conference hours.

EXHIBITION
An exhibition featuring equipment and pharmaceutical companies as well as medical publishers will be held in the Exhibition area. Entrance is free for all the registered participants and accompanying persons.
Companies and publishers who would like to participate in the exhibition may obtain more detailed information from the ESTRO Office.

INSURANCE
The organiser does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.
In case an unforeseen event would force ESTRO to cancel the meeting, the Society will reimburse the participants the registration fee minus 15% for handling charges. ESTRO will not be responsible for the refund of travel and accommodation costs.

LUNCHEONS AND REFRESHMENTS
The registration fee for the conference includes lunch on Friday. Refreshments will be served during coffee breaks to all participants and exhibitors wearing their conference badges.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA
Commercial satellite symposia will be held from Thursday, March 18 to Saturday, March 20. The programmes of the symposia will be published in the official programme book.

Air
Brussels International Airport is only 20 minutes away from the city centre and SQUARE.
Road

National and international high-speed connections to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Köln. SQUARE is located in front of the Central Station.
