**Payment of membership must be made before payment of the registration fee. No refund will be avaialble.

The registration fee to the conference includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area, the programme and abstract books, coffee and lunches, and the invitation to the opening reception.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges of 15% may be obtained up to 3 months before the meeting. Between 3 months and 1 month before the meeting, the refund will amount to 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked after February 17, 2010
